The University of Keele is a public research university located about 3 miles (5 km) from Newcastle-under Lyme, Staffordshire, England. It is founded in 1949 by A.D. Lindsay, former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Oxford; Keele has always been different from other universities. Keele is helping to change the world for the better by engaging in cutting-edge research.
